I am Alex B
My name is Alex Bulman, a web designer and all round creative thinker. I’m based in London, UK (working for Ted Baker + Freelancing) and Indianapolis, USA (Where I hope to be living in the very near future). Designing is in my blood – I literally cannot help to analise + critique the world around me. I’m not weird though, quite down to earth, and hard working. If you like what you see, do get in touch.
Skills/Talents/Tricks
I am a bag of tricks, full of little surprises and useless knowledge. HTML emails is definitely up there in the top 5. I can handle the data, dynamic content, personalisation, design + analytics of an email, even turn it around in a day! Designing sites is certainly another part of my career I can pride myself in as well as being very creative. The redesign of Ted Baker’s website took months but was well worth it. I also play a lot of sport, and know that as a can of coke floats – diet coke sinks!
Achievements
Everyday I try to make everything I work on perfect, I enjoy learning and problem solving. I do have a degree from the University of the West of England, Bristol – this is a BA in Graphic Design. I was awarded the Shell Step Award for ‘Most Enterprising Student 2008′ in the south west region.
